Today, FHAPodcast.com was launched to educate, consumers, realtors and loan officers to the mortgage loan programs available thru HUD/FHA channels.
The podcast will deliver audio content which explains in simple terms who fha loans work, which programs are available and how best to determine the best program for your needs. We blend useful knowledge and frank discussion from masters in the real estate and mortgage industry and deliver that knowledge to anyone who wants to listen.
FHA loans are the best solution for todays lending market. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have tightened up their guidelines as well as lost confidence with wall street and it's investors, therefore, FHA has become the best solution to get transactions approved and funded.
